Sarah has had many years of experience working with people of all ages first as a Speech Language Pathologist in hospitals, schools and private clinics and presently as a Certified Yoga Instructor. As a mother of three amazing children and two fur babies, she enjoys and delights in a home that is full of heart and lots of energy.
Sarah discovered yoga after her third child was born when she was looking to get back in shape and feeling the need for relaxation and stress relief. She instantly felt the benefits on her mind, body and spirit and fell in love with the yoga practice. She earned her 200-hour teacher training in January 2014 in Dallas, Texas and has been a dedicated practitioner and yoga teacher ever since. She has studied and taught Ashtanga, Vinyasa, deep stretch, pranayama and meditation and is passionate about the transformative nature of her yoga experience. This has provided her with a means of access to healing, understanding and trusting life’s journey.
She has extensively studied with authorized Ashtanga teachers Diana Christinson in California and Krista Shirley in Florida. Furthering her practice, Sarah has attended workshops with R. Sharath Jois, Eddie Stern, Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann, David Williams, David Swenson, Greg Nardi and David Garrigues.

Sarah has incorporated Reiki into her daily life and teachings for the past two years. Currently, she is, Reiki level 2 certified and working towards Reiki Master.
